Just in case anyone was looking at one of these mini PCs (4GB ram, 32GB Disk, 4k support, Windows 10). I had bought one for a media machine and decided to try Zwift on it. To my surprise it was quite playable (a bit slow on the initial load).
41 second load time from the “RIDE” to the course selection screen.
15.6 to 16.5 FPS at medium 720 resolution.
I was using a Wahoo KickR for the tests.
It’s not a top of the line gaming rig by any means, but if you want something small that can be tucked away, then it might be an option. I’m going to continue to use it for a while, which will save me from having to connect my laptop up all the time.
