Meetup - No one can see me, but I can see them

I join a friendly meetup every Tuesday. Everything seems fine on my end, but all my buddies complain they don’t see me in the ride after it starts. I asked my buddy why he didn’t chase me on the first sprint and he said he never saw me, though he did see me on the sprinters placing board.

Got this from one of the guys on the ride, “you’re a ghost. I was thinking the same thing. Your name appears in the sprint list, but you’re not in the list on the right.”

Any help?

This has happened to me as well as others. I don’t know if there is anything that can be done as it appears to be sporadic.

I had that same issue this week. The three rides I was with could not see me, but I could see them.

I think this happens more than people realize. I was at the front of a larger group ride with a small break and could never get past 4th even though no one was up the road.
