When riding in a meet-up, no meet-up participants are visible

Of the 4 participants, only 3 people enjoy ZWIFT with PC, and no one can see ZWIFT with IPAD.
It is also not visible in the character and right-hand list.
You can see the ID in the sprint ranking on the left.
Are there people who have experienced the same problem as me?
