How a weird thing happen in my last meet up- it was my meet up. There were about 10 riders. When the meet up started, everyone started moving down the road, but I stayed moving on a trainer stationary. My legs were moving the trainer was still there so I was definitely connected, but I wasn’t moving in Zwift. It would work itself out in a few minutes, so I continued riding it never did, but as soon as I hit leave, meet up, my workout started, and I started moving along the same road as the people in the meet up however I was about 20 minutes behind them in the workout at that point, but I could see them on the screen they could not see me because I was no longer in the meet up. Wondering if this is a known issue and what to do to get myself to stay with the group or start moving with the group if this happens again this is only been since the most recent update.
I joined a meetup on Monday and everything worked fine, but I didn’t have a workout going. Did you join the meetup first, and then load your workout? Perhaps the sequence you used created some issues?
If you have zero Watts on the HUD or on the pairing screen, then there’s a problem with the trainer’s communication with Zwift. To stay with the group, the game needs to see power reported by the trainer. To offer any suggestions I would need to know if you saw Watts reported by the trainer (I assume not) as well as what the trainer is, specs for the device you run the game on, and how the trainer is paired. Screenshots of the game when the problem is happening and of the pairing screen can help.
