Maps random or set?

Do the three (two really) available worlds change at random, or are there fixed days that certain maps are available?

There is a fixed calander for every month.

It is shown in game where you pic the world.

I guess I never noticed any such thing. I just launch pick a route, and ride. The interface is so awful on the apple tv I just do the minimum to get riding, then shut down when I am done. A shame they don’t make more info available on the website.
