Can someone advise me as to why the Zwift course maps do not populate on my iphone anymore? I use an Apple desktop computer plus the iphone app on my bike, but the map on the phone does not open anymore., It stays on the home page, events etc and does not open when I start riding. Can anyone tell me what would be causing this issue? started on and off about 2 weeks ago, now never opens
Ah that’s not good! Try and make sure your Companion App and the device you’re using for Zwift are on the same Wifi connection. If they are, I would suggest reinstalling the Zwift Companion App from the App Store, then trying again. If both of those solutions don’t work, feel free to submit a support ticket and we’ll assist you as soon as possible!
