This is an option. Maybe I’ll try without the steerer. If that’s the case (works without steering) it would be most annoying.
Look for the Intersection Controls setting if you want to disable navigation via the Sterzo
Hey Stephan - just following up to let you know I completed the route without issue.
Sounds like you are steering off course
Bob,
Have you got a steer on your set up?
Yes, I have the steering option of pairing either the kickr bike or the Zwift Play Controllers. For this ride I had the Zwift Play Controllers paired and steering enabled. Everything was paired via BT using the CA as a bridge.
Ok… I’m confused then. I have a Sterzo steerer only. I thought this could be the culprit. I don’t use the CA as a bridge though. Everything is paired through my Macbook laptop.
So… I might try NOT using the Sterzo steerer on my next attempt. Yes I know, how long can i bang my head against a wall.
Change the Intersection Controls setting in Zwift
Well… I have completed the route today.
I disabled the Sterzo steerer and successfully received my Makuri Pretzel badge. So there seems to be an issue with the Sterzo steerer and routes in Zwift.
I learnt this the hard way.
Yay! Congrats
As Paul suggested a better option than mine:
New “Intersection Controls” Option
If you use an Elite Sterzo, Rizer, or a JetBlack Smart Turn Block, you have a new setting under “Preferences” that toggles using your steering device to determine direction at intersections:
This option is enabled by default

Cheers.
Thanks for that information. I never new this existed.
Very much appreciated.
