Make it easy to see how many laps you have done for a specific ride. Currently it is not clear and I was just short apparently and didn’t receive my badge.

The only bage I can think of for laps is the volcano circuit and there is a lap counter.

There isn’t a lap counter because I missed the badge by what your team is telling me .2 miles. I did 12.9 miles and did not get it.
I would like to be able to see how many times I go around any “course”.
I would also like to be able to check badges without having to start a ride. I think your garage and badges should have their own tab in the companion app. We shouldn’t have to start a ride and trash it just to check our badges and our garage.

You mean running a half marathon? 12.9 is just short of that.
The volcano circuit is suppose to be a 5 lap badge. Each lap is 2.5 miles. Meaning that I should have gotten it at 12.5 miles. After finishing my 12.9 mile ride (bc you don’t have a lap counter I just used basic math) I should have gotten it. Someone on your team emailed me back earlier before I wrote on the forum and told me that I had missed by .2 miles. Your system is flawed and really needs revamping. Apparently you also need to be able to add a feature that an admin can go ahead and over ride and fix issues like this to add badges to people’s profiles who did not get them when clearly they finished the task.

No I was going for the 5 lap volcano circuit badge. But something went wrong.
Am I suppose to go into something else besides a regular ride ? Bc my screen doesn’t look like this 
Where you doing a ride or a run?
You can only see that counter and get the achievement by riding.
You also start your ride a little ways away from the start of the Volcano Circuit.
I was doing a ride.
I am going to try again tomorrow and see what happens. Fingers crossed.
Make sure that you choose the Volcano Circuit as your route. I don’t think the laps work if you free ride to the volcano manually choosing turns from a different route. (Although I could be wrong, but better safe than sorry). Good luck!
