Make all-time and recent PBs available for routes and segments

Hi - it would be really useful to be able to see all-time and recent PBs for routes and segments, esp. KOM segments, e.g. by clicking on stickers. Zwift already remembers this information, but it can’t currently be accessed.

All time PBs for segments can be viewed on the Routes menu in the Companion app. A few entire routes are segments such as Volcano Circuit but most aren’t.
