Major Milestone on Zwift - Cat Allen Lands on the Moon!

On April 18, 2026 Cat Allen became the first woman to reach the Moon! Her total distance over 366,000 kilometers exceeded the distance to the Moon (just under 366,000 and at it’s closest of 362,000 on April 19). Cat Allen is definitely the first woman on the Moon.

Who else has more kilometers without a shared account or bot-extended mileage is unknown.

There is Jesper Phil, Dan Tolhurst, and Dan Groom on ZP who are ahead of Cat. I’m sure they too, applaud her efforts. It takes a ton of commitment and time to ride this much. Often, Cat rides 100 to 200 kilometers a day.

If there is ever a “Reach the Moon” Chalenge on Zwift, this gal will have those rewards.

Though she would have to ride it again to complete the challenge…

Getting a space suit helmet would be a good unlock for it.

…that would be her return to Earth, but I think she’ll just keep heading to Mars.
