Tried it on my Windows 10 laptop, not starting at all.

Hi Kees. This issue was a mac specific.  It sounds like you have something else going on.  You’re saying both of your computers (laptop AND desktop) stopped working?  Can you open up a support ticket so we can help you better?  You can do that here: http://bit.ly/ZwiftSupport
