just recently I’ve been getting the entire screen filled with flashing coloured blocks, thats seems to come and go during a ride.
I’m using a 2015 Macbook Pro, didn’t happen a few weeks ago, so wondering if its a recent update?

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. For a graphics glitch that severe - the first thing I’d suspect is a graphics driver that went screwy. First, verify which graphics processor is in that computer. Here’s instructions on Apple’s Support site
Next step I recommend is to see if the GPU card’s manufacturer has an updated driver for macOS. Apple’s support site has some helpful instructions on how to install the driver.
Would you try those steps and let us know if this clears it up?
I could be wrong, but as far as I know, all drivers for Mac OS come within Apple updates, you can’t update the drivers separately.
I’m not running windows on my mac (or linux etc).
I’m fully up to date with my Apple updates, running v12.6.

This is the Metal switchover thing again, not the drivers.
