I just rode the London Loop hoping for the badge but it did not work. Is there a way to send you a file to prove I did it. Worse case, I will do again.

Unfortunately Zwift can not credit you with a badge after the fact.
I tried to find you on Zwift to check the route to see if maybe you stopped before the official end but looks like you are set to private. Could you post a screenshot of the map from your activity? That way we can see if the whole route was finished.
That’s definitely the full route. I looked through my badges and I’ve been awarded that one (not sure when though) so it might just be a one off thing with not crediting you.
