This season has been coming bad with Zwift .
Open up the route section …I get 3 worlds to coose from .
New York , Watopia and M. Island .
If I choose NY or M. Island the game crashes and Im back to my desktops home screen .
Only Watopia loads .
Also …I either have no bike under me or just a frame without wheels
Its the same for all the other riders too .
Whats wrong ??
Have un-installed and reloaded the game several times .
Couple updates have also happened .

What are you running the game on? If it’s a PC, please share the CPU, GPU and amount of RAM, or post screenshots of Windows DXDIAG system and display tabs.
When you reinstalled the game, did you follow this process?
Partially rendered riders is often a sign of CPU exhaustion in your system.
Same laptop I’ve been using for the last 5 yrs for Zwift

Your laptop (CPU, RAM, GPU) is on the border of minimum hardware requirements for Zwift and using a HDD - I would try a SSD, but I am afraid it will not be the game changer for the (near) future.
A 10 year old laptop CPU with integrated graphics is likely to struggle with any minor changes in the game or Windows but if you are determined to keep using it as long as possible, I would try to free up as much CPU capacity as possible by checking Task Manager for anything consuming CPU resources other than Zwift and kill or delete anything you can, check again for Windows updates and apply anything available, reboot, and install the latest Radeon driver downloaded from the AMD website. Remove any anti-virus software other than Windows Defender. Make sure that the storage device used by Windows and Zwift is not getting full. Doing a clean install of Windows 10 would be another approach. It looks like that model of laptop may have both SSD and HDD. If that’s true, you’ll need to make sure that both Zwift and Windows are running on the SSD.
Overall I would say this is a very low spec laptop so it’s not a surprise if it does not work well.

As stated , its the same laptop Ive been using for Zwift for 4/5 yrs without issues .
I likely have more pictures on my cell then the laptop .

Not necessarily. It may be a problem you can fix. If you contact support they have visibility into your logs and may have other suggestions. I believe they will advise some of the same steps that I mentioned.
Do you have a link to support for that ?
I had a hard enough time finding this area to put forth my situation .
