I signed up a week ago or so and was so excited but now I can’t access the workouts~ Does anyone know what I should do to get this fixed?
Not to be a smart a#$, but opening a support ticket with Zwift would probably be your best bet.
You say you can’t access the workouts - just to clarify you mean they don’t appear in your workouts menu at all?
They should be between Zwift Academy 2018 and 2018 PRL100 Prep in the Training / Workouts menu.
All the usual stuff, is the app updated, etc etc.
