Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Is yours the Lenovo M10 (Gen 1) tablet?
This is an older, discontinued Android tablet that barely meets the minimum spec of 2GB RAM. For several reasons besides the amount of RAM - it may run Zwift, but not particularly well.
If you have another phone / tablet / laptop / AppleTV device that’s more capable of running a 3D game, we recommend you use the more powerful device instead.
