Left turn signal going to the Volcano

Coming out of the Esses going towards the Volcano I select to turn left (Picture 1) my avatar proceed to go left but then as i get closer to the intersection the little arrows change and show that i am going right.

So  my avatar does what it supposed to do it is just the indicators that are behaving strange.
