2 days in a row I have selected the Tic Too Route. When you get to the U-Turn for Tempus Fugit, the turn signal shows you will be making a left onto Tempus Fugit. However it does keep you going straight on the Tic Toc course.
3rd day and graphic bug is gone. Correct arrow showing today.
FYI
Got the same problem since few days. But not only with Tic Too route.
Several times the turn signal doesn’t not correspond to the route.
It’s a little but annoying!

I have seen the same problem at some other intersections as well. Turn signal indicates wrong directions, but avatar continuous on the correct preselcted route. Very confusing.
