Lap distance bug

Came directly from the WTRL TTT into London. The “distance bar” for lack of better words this second seems to be broken as you can see in the screenshot.

How long did the distance stay at 0m?
Did it ever correct itself or complete?
Has this only happened the one time after that one event?
Did anything peculiar happen before this?

Thanks for reaching out to us! That is strange, please excuse the barrage of questions, but they will help us narrow down the issue:

How long did the distance stay at 0m? The whole cool down after the TTT, approximately 8 km according to Strava.
Did it ever correct itself or complete? Nope, it stayed this way from the point I noticed it to the finish of my cool down.
Has this only happened the one time after that one event? It’s the only time I’ve noticed this bug but we usually have to start zwift a couple times because the loader box that asks for your email and password comes up as a blank box. Don’t know if those could be related in anyway?
Did anything peculiar happen before this? Nope, got my legs ripped off in Watopia, finished the TTT, gave my ride ons in the results and switched back to London.
