Kudos to Zwift Customer Service

Was impelled to post about my recent experience with Zwift’s customer service. I’ve had a Zwift Hub (I guess ‘Hub One’) since late 2022. A month ago it started making a ton of noise–like a lawn mower running over grasshoppers (sorry). Did not seem to have anything to do with my bike, the chain, nor my Zwift Cog. Sent a video over to Zwift showing the issue. I get this sense this has been a recurring issue with some Zwift Hubs. Even though my warranty had expired quite a bit before this, Zwift kindly sent over a refurbished replacement free of charge. Was really impressed with this kind of service and not leaving me out to dry. The replacement works like a charm (and free of horrific noises). Just felt this might be worth posting in case anyone else has the same issue. Ride on!

That’s awesome to hear! Huge props to the Zwift support team for going above and beyond to help out—even after the warranty expired.
