Knocking sound kickr core

Hi everyone ive recently had a knocking sound coming from my kickr core

I’ve contacted zwift support and sent video clips as they asked for but no response as yet

Can anyone advise please as what I can do

Any chance the stickers are coming loose and making a flapping noise? That’s a common reason.

There are many possible causes but the best way is usually to record a short video with the sound and send it to the Wahoo support directly. They have amazing support and can help you debug.

If the issue was real and it is still under warranty, they often replace it for free without seller’s involvement. This is the fastest way.

Zwift has raised a ticket to wahoo as i purchased kickr core from zwift so I just need to wait for a response from wahoo now

Hopefully not to much of a wait

How did the issue turn out for you? I’m experiencing a high-pitched clicking sound with my setup.

So wahoo sent out another kickr core and so far so good.

Done a few rides and all good
