I double‑checked your account to confirm the firmware version on your trainer, and it shows 4.5.74. According to this article from Wahoo, this firmware corresponds to the KICKR v5, which does not currently support virtual shifting.
I also reviewed the part number shown in your photos, WFBKTR120, and this article from Wahoo lists this as a KICKR v5 as well. This explains why virtual shifting isn’t working on your setup.
