KICKR Bike upgrades for v 1.76?

Just got an email from Wahoo telling us that Zwift v 1.76 will show gear selection from Wahoo KICKR Bike.

“This update adds in-game gear display and expanded button functionality when riding on Zwift v 1.76.”

I’m on 1.77 and my firmware on my KICKR Bike is up to date, but I see no gear selection in my HUD.

Am I missing a step?

which Kickr bike do you have? I´m not sure this applies to version one of the bike…

Looks like v1 has been obsolesced. They want me to buy a new one, I am sure.

I will say that having over 25k miles on my v1 KICKR Bike makes me question how many drivetrains I would have gone through to have used my road bike! Still happy after all these years, and hope it lasts FOREVER.

We could try and ask if Zwift could somehow provide support for our v1 Kickr Bikes.

After all Fulgaz shows the gear selection via Bluetooth on our V1 Kickr Bikes without firmware changes. Wahoo wouldn’t like that.
