would be great to have the gear shown in zwift. there’s no gear indicator on the kickr bike shift. other programs (fulgaz) already have it. please make it happen.
Its available via Sauce if you use that additional product. There is a specific mod for Kickr bike gears that works with the Shift. The dev of the app sometimes posts on here in similar threads.
There are some great ideas here for an external gear display using an ESP32 device.

I would really welcome this. I don’t have the time/energy/skills to add mods or program external display devices. (Nor do I have a Wahoo Element or Bolt).

Hi all!
This is now supported for the KICKR Shift and for the KICKR Bike (V2) as of version 1.77 when using Wahoo’s firmware v1.21.18 that was released at the end last month (October 2024).

How do we get it to show all the time in game? I shows for a moment when changing gears up but doesn’t seem to show when going down or at least not consistently. It would be nice if it were another persistent data square.
