Kickr Bike Shift & iPad

Hello Zwifters, yesterday I installed my brandnew Wahoor Kickr Bike Shift. Installing went fast, but connecting to Zwift…
When I use my Ipad, the bike connects, but when I start riding, it doens’t seem to send any power: I’m not going forward.
When I used my MacBook Pro, everything went fine: I could ride as I used to do.

What can be the problem with the iPad (only 1 year old, Zwift is updated, …) ?

Any chance the bike is paired to something else like the Wahoo app running in the background? You might want to contact support and have them check logs on their end. They can often spot Bluetooth connectivity issues like that.
