When I use the ERG mode during training, I can’t maintain the cadence indicated by the application.
What happens is either I have a low cadence but the correct wattage, or I have the correct cadence but the wattage is too high.
I’m using an Elite Direto XR updated to the latest firmware, connected to Zwift Smart Frame Cog V2.
What could be causing this issue?

No, I tried contacting Elite customer service, but they say everything is working correctly…
I got the same answer from elite. Good news for you, i found i solution. I tried a bigger chainring from my 11 speed casette. (Cog 15t i tried 19t)
And it worked so much better( with some extra noise cause of the wrong chainring)
I buyed now a single speed kit with 21t and a new kmc z1 narrow chain. (Need to be longer)
