Iphone SE cannot connect to 4iiii precision power meter

Hi,

when using zwift I’d like to use my single sided precious power meter by 4iiii which features both Bluetooth and ant+

Sadly, the zwift app on the iPhone SE cannot find it. Therefore I can only use the less accurate Bluetooth signal from my elite turno.
Can you tell me what to do to use my power meter?

You need to make sure that the 4iiii is not connected to any other app or even your phone before opening the Zwift app, Bluetooth only allows one connection at a time. You can calibrate it first using the 4iiii app and then close the app and start Zwift and it should connect.

I run the same power meter and have had no issues connecting it either by ANT+ or BLE.
