On my Air it’s working, but I want to use my Pro. In the BT settings, it can see my trainer, but the App won’t start the BT search. It says “it looks like you have BT turned off” when it’s not off. This is really frustrating. It’s like the app on the Pro cannot turn on the search function, even though BT is fully functional.
Has anyone else had this issue?
guessing here, could be the app permissions aren’t enabled to use “location” on your ipad pro? Also, don’t connect the trainer in the bluetooth settings, let Zwift find it.
BT permission was not turned on in the App setting for some strange reason. I assumed that would have been a default setting to On. It’s all sorted now. Thanks for making me look in the App settings.
