iPad Air crashes

I have the same problem like the one here a year ago https://support.zwift.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/255646386/comments/230063046

iPad Air (Model A1475, iOS 11.2.1, 4.21GB free space) with latest Zwift release 1.0.22410. Blue Zwift start screen for around 20sec than crash.

any help?
