I am a newcomer to Zwift and as advised I steeped straight into the Introduction sequences.
On the second session namely the Introduction to the ‘First Workout’ I completed the 25-minute session and it felt uncomfortable and unnatural during most of the ride. To maintain the suggested wattage I had to pedal with cadence speeds of 100+ throughout the whole session leaving me bewildered as to why the resistance wasn’t adjusted accordingly/
Has anyone else who has just started using the introduction found this an issue? If not, is may be a technical glich.
I was using the Wahoo KICKR Core Zwift One and was instructed that the resistance levels would be automatic as my gear click system was disabled during the ride.
