Excellent feature. Especially when doing multiple workouts back to back. It was always a pain logging back in.
Very much looking forward to it! (Still not working for me as of yesterday)
Same, starting to lump in with Bigfoot and such
Still dont have it
Hey all - if you’re an Apple TV user, please note we’ve completed phased rollout of Mobile Return to Home to tvOS devices.
Also: we’ve made adjustments to the way that your devices are identified and enabled for this feature. If you’re still being returned to the Login screen instead of the Home screen AND you know that your tablet / phone has more than 2GB of RAM, please raise your hand.
I think these would be the excluded devices:
- iPad Air 2 (all models, released in 2014).
- iPad mini 4 (released in 2015).
- iPad 5th generation (released in 2017).
- iPad 6th generation (released in 2018).
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch (1st generation, 2015).
- iPad Pro 9.7-inch (2016).
- Apple TV HD (also known as 4th generation, released in 2015).
- iPhone 6s
- iPhone 6s Plus
- iPhone SE (1st generation, 2016)
- iPhone 7
- iPhone 8

You all had reported that Return to Home wasn’t working as expected. Has that been solved after today’s completion of the phased rollout?
I am out of town and cannot check until the end of the month.
6 posts were split to a new topic: Make game exit button selections more obvious
Delighted to say this worked for me today for the first time. After 5+ years of mild irritation this is a definite UX improvement. Thank you to everyone involved!
Yes working for me cheers
I did 6 rides on Friday and 4 today to put RtH to the test, and it worked when it was supposed to each time. Thanks so much for your efforts on this, it really is an efficient time-saver.
Thanks for looping back to say it’s working for you properly.
Working great but tonight done first ride after saving one but the second ride didnt save
@Gazza_Flanagan
I looked at your server logs and not seeing the usual suspect (concurrent logins from different devices) that would cause that to happen.
Just curious - when’s the last time you rebooted your Apple TV? Not just “power down” and wake, but a full restart? There’s three ways to do that per Apple’s Support site
Every time I’m done with a ride and end it, I’m thrown out to the user selection screen, and I have to pair my devices again, is this normal ?, my last 3 rides didn’t do it, I could quit a ride and just select a new one, but after the recent update it’s back to the annoying pairing screen everytime I end a ride.
what device are you running on?
It’s on Android, forgot to say that ![]()
they are working out some bugs with it, and also if your device has 2gb ram or less it was turned off due to crashing.
Okay, weird it was working last week, and now it’s back to the old way… let’s see what the next update does ![]()
