Hi, not sure if I’m posting this in the correct chat but hopefully someone can help……
Haven’t used my Zwift for over a year, but I’ve now reset it up using the same Wahoo Kickr Core and an Apple TV. I seem to have intermittent connection issues! When I try and complete a calibration spin down I get up to about 20kph and no higher and then it starts to drop. Any ideas before I put on another stone! Thanks in advance……:

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I looked at your server logs and see that your KICKR Core is on an outdated firmware version 1.1.3.
Wahoo’s support site says that a March 2024 firmware update specifically improves their automatic spindown calibration.
Let’s start by having you update the trainer’s firmware following the directions on their support site? Would you loop back and let us know if that resolved your issue?
