I finished the Innovation Multisport kit unlock ride but can’t find the jersey in my garage. Any ideas?

I’ve checked the event description and it says it unlocks.
You’re shown as finishing too. Maybe have to contact support to have it unlocked.
Check you are on version 1.44 as the kit rolled out with that version or higher.
I did. It actually worked for the Canyon/Sram kit but unfortunately not for the Innovation kit.
same for me. Searched every corner of my impressive - luckily digital - wardrobe (could we please get a butler? An option to search would probably do as well).
Imho there are other jerseys affected: Why Practice Just Race and Ride for Mental Health. I didn’t find them either.
Like the OP, The Canyon/Sram I found.
