Imposibilidad de conectar controles

Hola buenas tardes no consigo conectar el control los ve mediante el bluetooth pero no me deja marcarlos por lo que no puedo cambiar, he conectado a Zwift Companion y los mandos están cargados y los lee pero al tratar de realizar en Zwift la ruta normal es imposible.
Sabéis cómo puedo marcar el recuadro para que los reconozca ?

Hola alguien sabe cómo se marca el recuadro no me deja marcar los mandos y no puedo utilizarlos, aparecen conectados pero no me deja marcarlos, reconoce los mandos en Zwift Companion pero no en Zwift ,

Do you have a Zwift Ride? If so, which trainer are you using?

I see from your other thread that it is a Zwift Ride.

Which trainer do you have? If it came with the Zwift ride then make sure the firnware on the trainer is up to date.

That will happen if you have a trainer that does not support virtual shifting. Or if you do have a trainer that supports virtual shifting but it’s paired via ANT+. Or if the trainer firmware is out of date.

The Kickr Core, Kickr V6, and Kickr MOVE allow virtual shifting if the firmware is up to date and the trainer is paired via Bluetooth.

The Kickr V1, V2, V3, V4, and V5 do not support virtual shifting.

Hola el rodillo es un Wahoo kickr es compatible y en Companion están los mandos registrados y aparecen con 100% de carga , al intentar conectarlos en Zwift aparecen pero no me deja marcarlos .

The Wahoo Kickr V5 is not compatible with the Ride frame. Please look at this information to understand which one you have, or contact Wahoo support and ask them to tell you which Kickr you are using.
