Hello. My Zwift doesn’t show other riders’ chats. Only red and yellow beacon chats will be displayed. You can’t send messages, so you can’t ask for help. What I tried was launching it on my iPhone, iPad, PC, etc., re-downloading it, and re-checking the settings, but there was no change. Please let me know if you have any solution. please.
Are you under 18 years old? If so you cant use chat.

Contact support to change your birthdate
Actually date of birth is something you are allowed to change !!
Go into your profile either on Zwift.com or from in game home page (you don’t need to be near or paired to your trainer) and put in your correct date of birth.
Changing DOB will cancel an childs account under 16 will it not? So I guess the question is at what age do they limit the chat?

They limit the chat until the child reaches 16.
Sorry again. If you set it to your actual age, you will be asked to make your weight over 45kg. I weigh less than 45kg, but do I have no choice but to put up with it?
I don’t fully know but believe adult minimum weight is 45kg. However another forum post suggests you need to contact Zwift Support and they can possibly lower it.
This is a disadvantage for people who are light in weight🥺 But I’ll hold back because I want to chat🥴 Thank you very much Mr.Ian
It turns out that Zwift has various limitations. If there is an age limit for registration, I think it would be fine to leave chatting to the discretion of the individual…but that’s a difficult question
