You’ve currently got two tickets in the system. They are both awaiting a reply from you. It looks like you’re not sure how to get started and, after looking at those answers, they are pointing you in the right direction.

FYI: You cannot just reply to the email - you must reply to the forum post itself by logging in to zwift.com.

Windows keeps closing app program when I choose “RIDE”, so I can’t get started with zwift
