HRM connects but no signal Via Bluetooth

I use Zwift through my PC with Windows 10. Never had a problem with HRM connecting and getting a signal via Bluetooth until recently. Both mine and hubby’s TICKR HRM will connect but does not show any signal. Have changed batteries with no success. Have turned all other devices off and do not have any issues with any other connections. Help!

There seems to be a lot of BLE (Bluetooth-Low-Energy) related issues lately - I’ve also experienced some disconnects to both my HRM and trainer (more so to the later.)

Zwift claimed “no change we are aware of was made to BT code” (not a direct quote, but close enough.)

(time to coalesce all these BT issues to a single thread?)
