Since today I am the proud owner of a Zwift Ride and I absolutely love it! But something might be going wrong… While installing the Zwift Cog on my Kickr Core (a trainer I already had), I switched the cog to number 4. At that time I had no idea what is was for and I just continued the installation. I just rode my first ride and all seems fine, although the chain is making some noises. After looking up what these numbers on the cog are for, I think this number 4 position might be the problem. But there is nothing to be found on how to get this cog back to position zero. Is there anyone here who know how to fix this?
Just keeping clicking to the next position. When it gets to 10, if you click it again it will reset to 1.
So basically, if standing on the drive/chain side of the bike, rotate the cranks slowly until the cog number window is at the top. Then with a hand on the trainers flywheel to stop it moving, click the cog clockwise.
(I have seen it occasionally skip 1 and jump from 10 to 2 or 3. But if it does that, just focus on testing 3 to 10 to see if any of those is the quiet position for your bike before trying to get it back to 1.)
Thank you Mark, this was very helpful and the solution for the problem!
