How to flag a rider with bad moral standing?

Just raced in a 3R race, 2 x Sand and Sequoias. Can’t have been fun for the legitimate Cs in it.

Also, @xflintx there was some racist comments in the chat in the race. I flagged the rider and took a screenshot. What is the most effective way of reporting them? Should be zero tolerance in my eyes.

For this report, and all other reports, there are two things you can do:

  1. Report in-game as soon as you see it happening with the ZC function
  2. Follow the steps in this article to submit your evidence

Thanks @xflintx. I did report in game at the time, but will use the other method too. What is Zwift’s policy on racist language in the game? Is action faster than development speed? (sorry couldn’t resist).

Essentially zero tolerance. Same goes with homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise hateful language. We don’t disclose what happens to the person being reported, which is the same as when you report for performance. But we’re not very lenient with things of this nature.

easy enough to flag people just use the companion app, i have seen a few people flagged for choice language and we should not have to put up with it

This is really bad, did anyone call them out for their language during the ride?

Yeah I did and a couple of others. I’ve reported them now. I wonder if I’ll still see them racing any time soon…
