How do I cancel zwift via apple

I have seen in discussions but I don’t have any apple appliances . Only the companion app or Chromebook or iOS. All of the links take me to cancel don’t work or go nowhere. Please give me a direct link. Im spending to long trying to do this.

If you are subscribed via the Apple app store (iTunes) then you would cancel in the app store on your iOS device

If you are subscribed via apple and have an iPhone then open the App Store, click on your initials (top right corner), then click subscriptions and you should see Zwift (again if subscribed via apple), click on it and there is a cancel subscription option there.

I can’t get itunes on the windows I use. nor can I get on my android phone. Cannot access the subscription on the apple website. I remember Zwift offering me to do payments via apple which was ok. But accessing apple cancel…is a blummin nightmare
All I need is a link, a link. My kingdom for a link

If you subscribed via Apple, I don’t think Zwift can do anything about that, but I guess you could contact support and ask. I think you need to be dealing with Apple to resolve this. If it’s going via a credit card you could also ask the card issuer for help. They could reissue the card and you don’t have to tell Apple the new number.

Thank you for your question! As others have said, you’ll need to cancel via Apple. You’ll need their Windows app which you can install by following the steps in Apple’s support article.

If their app is not working for you, our best advice is to contact Apple support so they can assist you further.

Apple is not too user friendly if you don’t have an apple device. It sucks that you have to install an app to be able to cancel a subscription.

Looking around online I did find if you go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and sign in and go to payment shipping it does list your payment methods which you can click on and remove. I’ve not tried removing them and if you don’t have anything else subscribed via apple you could remove all payment methods and hopefully come the next billing cycle it will fail and you will get unsubscribed.

They aren’t user friendly if you HAVE an Apple device.

Have you tried chat with Apple support on the web site? They are usually pretty good.

I have a local shop. I can’t be bothered going through all the dead links. I’m all chrome and android. Sometimes one just gives up on these things. I work using a lot of IT systems . Maybe I’m missing something obvious but I’m too old to spend any more time on it. I am on ChatGPT4o. Maybe should go there… ha… Nah I’ll go to the apple store. Thanks all
