Home trainer Hub One broken down 24h after first use

Hello! Yesterday I received the New home trainer Hub One.
After assembly (quick) and activation of 1year card I did my first ride. :+1:t2:

But the evening, for second ride, I heard a little ‘clac’ inside the home trainer when I plug the power plug… And after nothing
No start, no led, nothing.

It’s already out of service. I am very disappointed.
The only contact is by message, I am not confident.


have you tried the fuse in the plug?

Thank you for your answer Rob but it is new. I prefer to touch nothing and wait for the warranty.
I am affaid it is the fuse but in the home trainer, not the plug.

Same here, never got mine working, no led’s or pairing, only arrived yesterday, waiting to here from Zwift
