Unfortunately these last 2 weeks I could not follow my training plan as I was out sick. Is there any way to pick up where I left off? All of my trainings are “expired” as the dates have passed. How can we “re-open” the trainings that have expired? Thanks
Just start over or pick up in the week the plan is currently on and try to get what you can out of it. Some people approach training plans from the perspective of simple completion regardless of how long it takes, but if you want to get everything you can out of a given plan (improved fitness) you have to train under load and fatigue. That would mean to just start over on a Monday.
