Cancelling and restarting training plans

I’ve recently started a 12 week training plan but have just found out I need to go away for work next week and won’t be able to take my bike/trainer with me. I don’t want to miss any sessions or start afresh.

Am I right in thinking that if I cancel my plan the day before or the day I leave and then restart it within 7 days I can restore my completed sessions to the plan?

Unfortunately no, if you cancel it you will lose all progress and have to start all over.

Mike is correct. What you can do however is just ride the workouts from the training plan manually.

You can either use what’s available as a standalone workout or import workouts that match the training plan of your choice.
