Had a race today where none of us could see other riders in the list?

Could see our own stats, could see other riders’ avatars, but none of the other riders appeared in the list on the right. Is this a bug or an option / feature of an event?

For this sort of thing, it helps to see the log files on your computer for that specific session. Here’s how to locate the log files…

Please attach them to an email to support@zwift.com so we can learn what may have happened.

Yeah that’s why I emailed them in, as I mentioned above. I’ve heard nothing since though.

Is this still happening? I had it happen twice way back in June and its been fine for weeks.

Yeah I’ve not seen it since. Assumed it was a background thing they’ve sorted.

Same. Not seen it since I posted this and we’ve had two significant Zwift updates in that time.
