Get in touch with support team within the 30-day trial


I was very pleased about the fast delivery of the Saris H3 trainer. We’ve had the chance to test-ride it and were mostly satisfied with that trainer. However, we’ve made some thoughts and decided to go for the (sadly not available atm) TACX Neo 2T as soon as it is available.

So we would use the chance to send the H3 back within the 30-day-return option. I’ve already sent a message to the support to make sure to stay within the time period. Can you please give me some advice how to bring that case forward?

And pleeeease, get the Neo 2T in stock soon!
