Garmin Stats and Finding Completed Workout

I am new to the forum. Apologize if this question is been asked already. Trying to figure out how to look at past workouts to get stats to input into my Garmin connect app. For some reason the indoor bike aspect of the garment does not load.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. If you want to manually upload a past Zwift activity into Garmin’s ecosystem, you can do that through .FIT files.

Here’s how you locate and download a FIT file from the Zwift side.

This article on Garmin’s support site shows you how to manually upload to their website.
