Load one Outdoor Activity from Garmin

Hi there,

I usually double-track my indoor bike actvities with my Garmin watch and also through Zwift. I disconnected my Garmin from Zwift to avoid errors in my Zwift stats.

Today I did an outdoor workout that I only recorded on my Garmin watch, as a Bike activity.

My question is: is it possible to upload just this activity from my Garmin to Zwift? Or, if I connect my Garmin account to Zwift, will all my indoor bike activities from my Garmin be uploaded to Zwift (I don’t want that!!!) or only the outdoor activities, like today’s workout?

You cannot load just one activity from Garmin to Zwift. I think it imports 60 days of history (?)

Ok, so, does upload every Bike activity from Garmin to Zwift (Indoor and Outdoor) or Outdoor only?

I don’t want to have to manually erase on Zwift every indoor activity saved in my Garmin account

I think it will upload all activities. I’m not exactly sure. But you can upload your fit file from Zwift to Garmin or Strava(manually), or Garmin to Strava. Maybe it’s also possible to upload your fit file from Garmin to Zwift :person_shrugging:.

Pretty sure that Eric had an article on www.zwiftinsider.com

Sadly the only option is to either disconnect Garmin from Zwift, or delete every indoor activity on Companion.

This is an ongoing request since the feature was added.

If you go to companion home page, Activities, and click “just me”; next time you click on your avatar image top left of the home screen, it will open that just-me feed, and you can delete them more efficiently at the very least.
