My 1 month old Garmin HRM is displaying a no signal when pairing through Bluetooth. It detects the HRM, connects fine, but then displays a no signal message.
This started earlier this week post the latest Zwift update. Changed battery, disconnected all Bluetooth devices to no avail. Never had an issue until now and reading through posts it seems this is a common issue post the update.
llevo 2 días con la misma situación, conecta los sensores garmin pero sale sin señal y son los 3 sensores, al verificar los sensores con el ciclo computador garmin 530 los lee normal. No entiendo que pasa, alguien nos puede ayudar?
It seems this issue is limited to my iPhone XR only. Tried connecting again last night through iPhone, HRM connects but has no signal. Opened Zwift on iPad & HRM connected & displayed signal no problem. Will just have to use iPad if I want HR data.
Same issue for me. Very frustrating. New HRM dual and constantly getting “no signal” when trying to pair via companion. Running Zwift through Apple TV, iPhone X. Wahoo Kickr and cadence sensor working ok.
Hi. There’s another thread on this Garmin HRM no signal [SOLVED] that might be of help. Seems it’s a common problem that appears to be mostly (only?) an issue on iPads and apple tv.
Hope this helps.
