I am having problems. My Garmin cadence 2 sensor will “pair” with the swift app but has a connection error once the ride starts. I am using app on ios device running 26.2.1. Tried using other iOS devices using older versions and the sensor works! Tried contacting Apple and they blamed new Garmin, and new Zwift updates. I have tried all of the usual fixes (restarts, unpairing, resetting settings, new batteries). Anyone have any other solutions?

Did iOS update very recently? 26.2.1 is very new. Whenever Apple releases an OS update, it can strip Bluetooth and Local Network Device permissions and you’ll have to re-allow them.
If you know your way around iOS settings, please try re-allowing these permissions. A simpler way might be to uninstall Zwift, reinstall, then say yes when prompted for Bluetooth permissions. Would you try that and see if that resolves it?
