I don’t know this is race specific as I never raced before the zwift unlocked races but I am getting but I am having connection issues with my power meter both ant+ and Bluetooth. I am getting messages that changing devices is not permitted, lose power and even getting booted from the race :frowning:

HI @Tim_Hadfield1857 welcome to Zwift forums

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I peeked at your server logs and see you’re using a Windows PC. Try opening Windows Explorer and head to Documents \ Zwift folder. Look for a file called knowndevices.xml and delete it.

This files stores all the trainers, heart rate monitors, and controllers you’ve paired to Zwift. Deleting it means you’ll need to go to the Pairing Screen and start from scratch. Once you save that session, a new knowndevices.xml file will be created, and updated every time you pair to another thing.

Give that as shot, and see if that helps? If no - try the uninstall / reinstall procedure on our Support site. It’s a more through purge of Zwift-related things than using the Windows uninstall utility.

Appears the China VPN requirement is back. Had tried to join the Greenway, NYC ride this AM, but was never placed at start line or able to see any other riders. Also found same, no other rider issue, on a Robopacer ride later.

Just tried again now, but same issue. However switching on a VPN seems to fix this, for the moment.

Is there any Plan to include running into fitness trend?

Yup JB Victory and the same issue here too.

@shooj Tried both options and non resolved the issue. I tried to pair thru the phone on the main screen with success, then found that the Garmin HRM200 has a “private” connection that can be disabled - I was able to connect at this point. This solved the HRM200 issue.

Issue #2 is that none of my original HR monitors connect via bluetooth since the last update.

@Tim_Hadfield1857
Good to hear the HRM200 is working again.

Regarding the other HRMs: I assume you have tried swapping / charging batteries and / or resetting them (if that’s an option)?

rollout was complete 7 days ago, you might need to manually check for an update

Distance to Route completion here is wrong. Happened every time coming in to the finish. Not sure when the error starts.

Maybe this bug

It’s behaving differently. At some point it goes to 5. Something km to go and counts down normally, hit the line and it says completed and then goes to the correct full distance remaining (about 12km in this case). I’ve done a couple Yumi rides on the same route this week and noticed it both times

This is one we’re looking at, but don’t have any timing to share yet.

I’m having the same issue too. Kickr Bike v2.

Hi yes.

I have a JetBlack Victory trainer, latest firmware. Connected via WiFi. Zwift latest version running on AppleTV os v26. When it tries to connect to the trainer it’s constantly connecting and disconnecting and connecting and disconnecting. Eventually it will flip to offline.

Disabled the wifi on the trainer and via Bluetooth it connect fine. But I would like the wifi connection back!

Might be this issue: Direct Connection Issues [October 2025]

Any time frame on the fix for the WIFI connection John. Major problem connecting, trying bluetooth but even this is problematic not connecting hr etc.Lot of time wasted
